Scrambled Egg

Watching MasterChef or Top Chef, reality tv shows featuring chefs or great cooks outdoing each other in trying to satisfy the judges' palates, I could not imagine just how many ways an egg may be cooked. What I only know is that it can be boiled or cracked open and fried for a sunny side up, or it can be scrambled or made into an omelet.

For an egg cooked sunny side up it is rather amusing that there are actually some people who would not eat it if the yellow part presented on their plate is shattered or not laid in a perfect unbroken yellow sunny cooked yolk. Why is that? I can't understand it. Who else would eat it then? Well, if it was on my table, I will.
